Fried fish fillett That's what's for dinner, right away. And so easy to make and so delicious with its lemon butter sauce, you'll completely forget it's good for you. Here's how to do it.

*Ingredients

Fish fillets (as you wish, I used catfish)
1 lemon
1 tablespoon of capers
2 tablespoons of butter
Seafood magic seasoning

*How to make pan fried fish fillet

Generously season your fish with an all-purpose seafood seasoning mix.

Bring the pan to medium-high heat, add just enough oil (EVOO) to barely coat the pan and add a few tablespoons of butter.
Place the fish in the pan and cook until nicely browned, about 4-5 minutes on one side….. Add the sliced lemon, a squeeze of lemon juice and a teaspoon of capers.
Flip the fish and cook another 4-5 minutes on the other side, reducing the heat to medium.

We had this with a tomato and arugula salad, so guess what, it makes the whole dish keto-friendly yet full of flavor.
